Liverpool and Merseyside Peer Rope is a community-led rope-jam-style event held every other month. Whether you are a newbie trying rope for the first time, looking to pick up some new skills, or just want a place to practice and play we provide a safe, relaxed, and judgement-free space for rope enthusiasts of all levels. Running since 2013 LMPR is one of the longest running kink events in Merseyside, you can find us on the first Saturday of every other month at Townhouse from 1.30pm - 6pm. Every event features our Induction Class for those completely new to rope, as well as our famous Beginnersʼ Class, for people who have had an introduction to rope and want to keep learning, or just want to brush up on their skills. The rest of the four-floor venue is open for all attendees to use for rope-based play, with great spaces like:
Two large open rooms with plenty of space for floor work.
Private rooms for those who want a little space to themselves.
Four separate spaces with hard points for suspension, including an outdoor space and the new Elevation Room, a dedicated rope room with plenty of space for multiple pairs to suspend on.
Social space to sit and relax for chit-chat and aftercare, with drinks and snacks available throughout the event at the bar.
December will feature a rope bondage demo after classes, for those who wish to see more rope play in action.
Volunteer riggers are available to spot scenes throughout the event. Please ask the hosts on arrival, but as this is a peer-led event, we encourage all attendees to tie within their limitations.
Good to Know
Entry is £8, with a £10 refundable bar deposit payable in CASH ONLY on the day. This is not a bookable event, and a Townhouse membership is not required to attend, but please bring photo ID with you even if you are a member.

There is no dress code or dress down. Please wear whatever is most comfortable for you to tie or be tied in. Commonly, people attend wearing yoga pants, gym clothes, t-shirts, etc.
This is primarily an educational and social event, strictly no sex or non-rope play is allowed even in the private rooms.
Last entry to attend the rope classes is 2:15pm, anyone attending later is welcome to join us for socialising and rope play only.
Anyone attending a class is encouraged to bring a partner, their own rope and shears, and a friendly attitude! However, we have plenty of shears and rope for you to borrow if you do not have any, and if attending solo, you are welcome to pair up with other attendees for the class, or we can teach self-tie adaptations.
Tickets
Tickets are sold at the door on the day, so no advanced ticket or townhouse membership is required to attend. Entry is £8, with a £10 refundable bar deposit payable in CASH ONLY on the day.

Doors open at 1.30pm and the event closes at 6 pm; last entry for classes is 2:15pm. Anyone attending later is welcome to join us for socialising and rope play only. We ask that all rope scenes are finished by 5.30pm to give plenty of time to safely pack away equipment before closing.
