Club Rules
To ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests and staff, we enforce the following rules along with our Club Policies strictly. Please review them carefully before attending any event at Townhouse. Breaking any of these rules may result in a range of consequences, including but not limited to refusal of admittance, removal from an event, and barring or revocation of membership.
01. Consent First
Consent is at the heart of everything we do. Never touch another guest, or attempt to approach or join in play without clear, enthusiastic consent. Someone’s outfit, or lack of one, is never an invitation. If someone says no, accept it gracefully and move on. Pushy behaviour such as: persisting after a no, hovering too close to play uninvited, or following other guests around will not be tolerated.

02. Alcohol and Drugs
Townhouse has a fully licensed bar; we ask that guests drink responsibly and do not bring in outside drinks. Our staff may refuse further service if they feel you’re intoxicated, or contact the police if we believe you are driving over the limit. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on-site, and we have detection measures in place. Anyone found using or under the influence of drugs on our premises may be reported to the police.
03. Zero Tolerance
We do not tolerate abuse, verbal or physical, towards our staff or other guests. Threats or violence will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and may be reported to the police. Our staff keep everyone safe by enforcing the club rules: please treat them with respect.
04. Single Guys
Single men attend and play as individuals, groups of two or more unaccompanied single men aren’t permitted, as this can make other guests uncomfortable. Same-sex male couples are welcome to attend and book as a couple.

05. Confidentiality
What happens at the club stays at the club. Never share who you saw or what you saw with anyone outside, and do not attempt to contact guests outside the club without consent. Discretion and confidentiality are essential values in our community.
06. No Recording
No cameras, phones, smart glasses (including Meta Ray-Bans), or any other recording-capable devices are permitted in the club. Phones must be put away in your locker or left at reception to protect guests’ privacy. Photography is only allowed at specific Townhouse-organised content events.
07. Sex Work
Sex workers and pro-Dominants are not permitted to solicit business or work on the premises during events. If attending as guests, we ask that they do not discuss or advertise their business to other guests.

08. Safe Sex
We strongly encourage safe sex and provide condoms free of charge, including king-size and non-latex options, available in the play rooms and at reception. We recommend using condoms in group play spaces, changing condoms between partners, and when using toys on more than one person.
09. Coupling Up
Couples’ tickets are reserved for genuine long-term partners, not friends or first dates. Singles of any gender ‘coupling up’ to obtain a Couples’ ticket is not tolerated.
