THANK YOU FOR READING AND UPHOLDING OUR RULES
ZERO TOLERANCE - Our staff will not accept abusive behaviour, either verbal or physical towards themselves or our guests. Any threat or act of violence will result in you being asked to leave and the police will be called. Our staff are merely upholding the rules set out on this website. If you haven't read the site properly and you get turned away, please do not abuse our staff; the fault is yours, not ours. This website is very comprehensive and everything you need to know is here.

THE FIRST RULE OF THE CLUB - As a member of the club you agree to uphold confidentiality about the people you encounter and the activities within the club. So we ask that you remember ‘what goes on in the club, stays in the club’. Outing someone is a cardinal sin on the swinging scene and if caught, you will be immediately barred from Townhouse and possibly other swinging venues
NO TOUCHING! - Unless you have been invited to do so, please do not touch another guest, especially in an inappropriate manner. Just because someone is walking around in underwear, doesn't mean that you have free access to their skin. This applies to men and women!
We do not allow single guys to attend in groups with friends. By groups, we mean 2 or more. This creates a pack feel which is offputting for females and guys in groups, very rarely get asked to play for this reason; you become intimidating.
If we feel that you are trying to gain entry with a friend or arrange to meet a friend in the club, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
If you need assistance from a male carer to enjoy our venue, you need to email the club with proof that you have a carer by providing their caring credentials. If you can't do this, you cannot attend with your carer.

NO MEANS NO -
Someone may take your fancy but the feeling may not always be mutual; please don't take offence as we all have different tastes! If you get a 'No', please accept that gracefully and move along. Similarly, if someone asks you to join them and you say no, they should accept your answer and not pester you. This scene only works through mutual respect
CLEANLINESS - We are proud of the cleanliness of our club and the wet area, so please put any rubbish in the bins provided and report any beds in need of changing to staff who will happily deal with this promptly. The hot tub, although it can be very erotic, is not a play area and therefore sex in the tub is prohibited. Please shower before entering the tub out of courtesy to other guests.
We ask that no more than 4 people enter the tub to avoid water sploshing over the edges, causing a slip hazard.
DRUG USE - Illegal drug use is prohibited on the premises and in the smoking area; drug detection measures are in place around the venue. If we suspect someone has taken drugs before arrival, we reserve the right to question guests and UV lighting may be used to detect traces of drug use on a person. Anyone caught taking drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately, their membership will be removed and the police will be informed. We have a zero tolerance drug use policy and we can give you a copy of our policy on request.
ALCOHOL - We hold a license to sell alcohol and have an extensive stock of alcohol as well as soft drinks. We ask that you drink in moderation as drunken behaviour is not tolerated in the club. The staff reserve the right to refuse serving you alcohol if they feel that you are too drunk. We ask that you do not bring your own drinks into the club. If you are caught with your own drinks, they will be taken from you and you will be charged the going rate for your drinks on your tab.
PLEASE DRESS TO IMPRESS – Hoodies, Sportswear, Sports Trainers, Ripped Jeans, Sweatshirts, Ugg Boots and Hats/Caps are not allowed and you will be refused entry if you arrive dressed as such. The ONLY exception to this is if you arrive in fancy dress for a themed night and the above articles of clothing form part of your costume. The staff reserve the right to refuse entry on these grounds. Tatty footwear and sports trainers are not acceptable. Dark dress trainers/pumps are acceptable but we prefer shoes.
MOBILE PHONES -The use of mobile phones is prohibited anywhere in the club. If you need to check your phone/take a call in an emergency, then bring your phone to reception and do so in the company of the desk manager. Cameras are not allowed in the club on any events apart from official photography events. Anyone caught taking photographs in the public areas in the club will be asked to delete any photographs in the company of the management and asked to leave immediately. We have a zero tolerance policy on the use of mobile phones, so please put them in your locker, forget about them and enjoy your night. You will be asked once to put your phone away. If you are caught again, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will not receive a refund.
If you have a diabetes monitor and need to check your, phone, you are welcome to leave it at reception and check it whenever you wish. We can also listen out for alerts, just let us know.
SMOKING - Smoking and the use of ecigs is not permitted on the premises, however we have an outdoor smoking area which is semi covered and heated. Dressing gowns are provided for use in the smoking area for when you are dressed down.
PARKING - Please do not park outside houses in the neighbouring residential area. We have a large, secure car park which you can use to park your car in the evenings which is discrete and for our sole use. We ask that you remove your car at the end of the evening as cars that are left in the car park after the club has closed could be removed or clamped. The car park is shared by day with a local business and they have enforced this rule. If you attend a daytime event, please do not use our shared car park as it is not ours to use during the day. There are free parking areas around the commercial and dockland roads just across the the A41
PROSTITUTION - ‘Working girls’ are not allowed on the premises at any time. We will report anybody attempting to solicit on our premises
AROUND PLAY SCENES - Be respectful when watching play and maintain a quiet play environment. There is nothing sexy about listening to loud laughter and conversation when you're trying to get sexy with play partners. If you want to socialise and chat, please do so in our bar or lounge.
COUPLES - We do not allow singles to couple up for events. To gain a couples membership, you must be in a long term, committed relationship. If you book a couples ticket as singles, you will not get a refund. For our couples party, you need to contact us by email before booking a couples ticket as a new couple and we will ask for verification before you go ahead and book your ticket. Again, friends and fuckbuddies are NOT allowed to hook up as a couple on ANY party night

SAFE SEX - Please do not pressurise someone to participate in bareback sex. We strongly recommend that everybody uses condoms, which we provide free of charge. We also recommend that you change condoms between partners and when using sex toys on play partners.
INVITE ONLY - All play is by invite only, even in the orgy room. DO NOT attempt to participate in a scene or masturbate over a scene without being invited to do so. It's bordering on sexual abuse and is an offence which can be reported to the police by the members involved. If the police are involved, we are obliged to share your information with them.
CLOSED DOORS - If a door is closed to a private room, do not attempt to open the door or bang on the door to force people to leave or let you in. This is pushy behaviour that will get you removed from the premises.
PRE-BOOK/PRE PAY/3 STRIKES RULE - Most of our events are now ticketed and you will find links to book on the Events page. We ask that you only book if you are 100% certain you can make it as refunds are not given for cancellations and the tickets are not transferrable to other people or events. If you cannot attend an event, we ask that you email us with your ticket number, to enable us to cancel your ticket and avoid a strike against your name. Please note that 3 strikes due to no shows without cancelling will mean that you will not be able to book in the future. This is because, in the past, people sometimes 'hedge their bets' and book tickets to save a place but if they get a 'better' offer elsewhere, they will cancel and demand a refund. This blocks places for people who genuinely want to attend. So we have a 3 strikes rule for serial offenders.
ZERO TOLERANCE - Our staff will not accept abusive behaviour, either verbal or physical towards themselves or our guests. Being in underwear is not an invite to touch!
