Dress Code
Before 10.30pm
Townhouse is not an immediate dress down club, which is easier for newbies. Before 10.30pm you can wander anywhere around the club in the outfit you arrived in and dressing down is not compulsory. Our arrival dress code is ‘dress to impress’. We are not a casual attire club and we ask that customers make an effort in their appearance; first impressions count after all!
After 10.30pm
If you fancy wandering around upstairs in our play areas after 10.30pm, then we respectfully ask that you dress down to create a level playing field. You can remain fully dressed if you wish on our ground floor or dress down; it’s up to you! Dressing down can be nerve wracking at first, but you will find that it changes the dynamic of the night from social to super sexy in no time!
What is 'dress down'?
Dress down is basically an outfit or item of clothing that makes you feel confident, comfortable and sexy in a play scenario.

Ladies
Gents
Lingerie, playsuits, wraps, PVC, towel. Some ladies like to wear boots or heels, but bear in mind that we have stairs!
Gents
Guys get an easy ride here. Most wear tasteful boxers or a towel. Feel free to be more adventurous if you wish. Most guys go barefoot but feel free to wear sliders/flip flops
What we don't allow
We are a high end club and therefore we ask that our customers make an effort with their appearance. We absolutely do not allow sports trainers (the type you workout in), tracksuits, sportswear, ripped jeans, workwear or Ugg boots. Smart dress trainers are allowed, but shoes are preferred and we reserve the right to refuse entry to those wearing scruffy shoes/trainers or trainers designed for sport and not dress trainers.
Stuff To Bring
ID REQUIREMENTS
ID is required to gain entry and set up your membership on your first visit. If you don’t have ID, you won’t gain entry. But what ID do we accept?
If you have a driving licence, then this alone is fine. If you don’t, then a passport along with a utility bill/formal letter is perfectly fine. If you don’t have either a driving licence or passport, then you will need to bring along 2 utility bills/formal letters dated in the last 3 months. If you are a couple, both of you will need ID.
You can find full details on how we handle your data in our policy section on our Home Page
We accept documents on your phone.
Refuel
At our big party nights, you will find our Snack Shack open until 1am to recharge your batteries!
Hit the button below for the full menu, which includes Toasties, Halloumi Fries, Spring Rolls, Samosa’s, Nachos and a range of home made cake.
Card or cash accepted. No payment on mobile due to our mobile phone policy.
We have a fully licensed and well stocked bar selling a wide range of alcohol. Drinks are placed on a bar tab for which we require a £10 CASH deposit, so there’s no need to carry money around with you. You can pay your bar tab balance by card, but please note that we do not accept American Express
We ask that people don’t bring in their own drinks as our bar is cheap and if there is something that we don’t stock, we will endeavour to add your preferred drinks to our stocklist.
We ask that people drink in moderation to avoid pushing the boundaries of yourself and others. Our bar staff reserve the right to stop serving alcohol if they feel people are too inebriated.
Radio Silence
The use of mobile phones is prohibited anywhere in the club, including the locker room, so please switch off on arrival. If you need to check your phone/take a call in an emergency, then bring your phone to reception and do so in the company of the desk manager.
Cameras are not allowed in the club on any events apart from official photography events. Anyone caught taking photographs in the public areas in the club will be asked to delete any photographs in the company of the management and asked to leave immediately.
We have a zero tolerance policy on the use of mobile phones, so please put them in your locker. We will remind you once to put your phone away, if we need to ask a second time, you will be asked to leave the club immediately without a refund.
We take this stance to protect the privacy of all guests and staff.
Forget about the outside world for a while and enjoy your night.
If you have diabetes monitor which requires you to check your phone, you are welcome to leave it at reception and check it whenever you wish. We can also listen for alerts, just let us know
We recommend that people bring their own towels as some of us prefer big wrap around towels, some like skimpy revealing towels. However, if you forget your towel or would simply like to hire one of ours, there is a £2.00 charge to cover the rising laundry and handling.
We actively promote safe sex amongst all members and the use of condoms by offering them free of charge (inc king size and latex free) and lube which can be found at the bar, reception and in the playrooms. We also have a small amount of Dams which need to be requested at reception.
In addition to this, we offer STI checks at certain events throughout the year. For more information on when the next clinic will be held, please email us directly.
RUBBER UP!
Please double check you have all of your property before you head home
We could literally fill every room in our club with lost property!! You wouldn't believe some of the stuff that people leave!! We couldn't possibly keep items indefinitely and therefore due to the volume of items, we have a policy for lost property.
If you think you have left something behind, you have 3 days to contact us to see if we have found your missing item. If we have it, you have another 7 days to arrange pick up. We won't send items as we wouldn't be out of the post office! So please ensure you have all of your valuables before you leave, otherwise you have a short window to arrange pick up. The items are then thrown away after the 7 days.
